Arrival

We want you to get the most out of your time with us! Please try to arrive 5-10 minutes before your session so you don't feel rushed.

If you're running late, we'll do our absolute best to accommodate you, but we may have to shorten your treatment if there is another client right after you. The full service fee will still apply.

Please Note: To ensure a quiet, therapeutic environment and clinical security, our front doors are locked between treatment sessions. If the door is locked when you arrive, don't worry, your RMT will unlock it and welcome you in shortly!

Cancellations / No-Shows

We understand that life happens! If you need to reschedule or cancel, please provide at least 24 hours' notice so we can offer the time slot to another client.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as missed appointments ("no-shows"), will be charged the full treatment amount.
